No, consolidation is only for packages shipped to the same warehouse.
How many Forwarding addresses I can have with ForwardBuy.com?
There is no limitation on the number of addresses you can store in our website. But appropriate shipping address must be chosen before making payment.
Do you accept parcel delivered physically (except courier/post) to you and ship to my overseas address?
No, we don’t. Only packages sent to us by online retailers will be accepted.
How do I know, which items are prohibited from international shipment?
- Content of parcel shipped to and from our designated address must not be any prohibited or unlawful items at Singapore or any jurisdiction where the parcel will be shipped to
- Apart from above, following are the types of products are prohibited:
- Any product related to illegal activities or which is prohibited by law in the place of origin, the destination, or any sites through which such product travel
- Any product requiring specific licenses to store or distribute. Examples of products with distribution and licensing requirements may include, but are not limited to:
- Live plants and animals

- Explosive or hazardous products

- We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, destruction of such prohibited product.
How actual billable weight is calculated before payment?
We follow the international standard to determine the billable weight of a shipment. Actual billable weight may be occasionally greater of actual weight and volumetric weight. Actual weight is the weight of the package when put on a scale and volumetric weight is based on the actual height, length and width of the package. This usually happens when your package is out of normal size.
Will I be informed, when my package reaches ForwardBuy.com warehouse?
Yes, we will inform you via email to your registered email address with us. You can also check in your dashboard
Can I change my shipment mode after making payment?
As of now, you can’t change your shipment mode after making payment. If you would like to still modify, please quickly email to us. We will try our best to modify. But we do not guarantee this. Nevertheless, we will give you contact details of shipping service provider for you to liaise directly.
How safe is your shipment?
Safety of your item is our first priority. We provide shipping via well-renowned trusted shipping carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEX, TNT, UPS, Aramex, SingPost). You can choose your preferred carrier while making payment. We provide detailed tracking of your item.
What if i buy an item and i don't find any shipping options in ForwardBuy.com for the same?

Do you provide 'Return of goods' service?
Yes, we do at a minimal fee of US $3. This doesn’t include the shipping charge that need to be paid for sending the parcel back to the seller.
How long I can store my items in ForwardBuy.com warehouse?
You can keep the items free of charge for upto 29 days and thereafter US $1/day for the next 30 days. All items after 60 days will be discarded at our discretion from warehouse as unclaimed and the account holder will still be charged the fee. For items to be stored beyond this, please do liaise with us.
How I can track my shipped packages?
You can track your packages in your dashboard, when you log-in. Tracking is available with your order.
