When your package reaches the ForwardBuy warehouse, you are notified through your registered email address, and you can also check the package information through your ForwardBuy dashboard.

After arrival, you can review your package and decide when to arrange international shipping. If you have multiple eligible packages arriving at the same warehouse, package consolidation may be an option before international dispatch.

What Happens to My Package at the Warehouse?

The process generally includes these steps:

1. Package Arrival: Your Indian online order is received at the ForwardBuy warehouse.
2. Notification: ForwardBuy sends an email notification when the package arrives, and package information can be checked through your dashboard.
3. Package Review: You can review the available package information and determine whether you are ready to arrange international shipping.
4. Storage: If you are waiting for additional eligible orders, packages can remain at the warehouse according to ForwardBuy's applicable storage policy. ForwardBuy currently states that packages can be stored free of charge for up to 29 days, followed by US$1 per day for the next 30 days.
5. Consolidation: If you have multiple eligible packages at the same warehouse, they may be consolidated before shipping. ForwardBuy states that consolidation is available for packages sent to the same warehouse.
6. Shipment Preparation: Before dispatch, shipment details and customs information are reviewed, and you can select an appropriate shipping option.
7. Tracking: After the package is shipped, tracking information is available through your ForwardBuy dashboard.
